La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP) inform\u00f3 sobre la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre identificado como Christopher \u201cN\u201d, quien habr\u00eda agredido brutalmente a una mujer en la colonia Ojo de Agua, en el municipio de Rioverde.<\/p>\n
El ataque ocurri\u00f3 en el domicilio de la joven<\/p>\n
De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el sujeto lleg\u00f3 al domicilio de la v\u00edctima portando un bate con el que la golpe\u00f3, insult\u00f3, y destruy\u00f3 sus pertenencias, incluyendo su tel\u00e9fono celular y una computadora. Posteriormente, intent\u00f3 asfixiarla. La joven logr\u00f3 huir y present\u00f3 una denuncia en la Delegaci\u00f3n Tercera, activando la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades.<\/p>\n
Fue detenido en Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez<\/p>\n
Tras las indagatorias, un Juez de Control emiti\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n que fue cumplimentada por elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) en el municipio de Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez. El presunto agresor fue ingresado al Centro de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la regi\u00f3n y enfrenta cargos por feminicidio en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n
