Ciudad Valles, SLP.- Un hombre fue localizado con vida la ma\u00f1ana de este lunes, con visibles huellas de violencia, envuelto en pl\u00e1stico transparente y sujeto a un poste de alumbrado p\u00fablico, frente a la subdelegaci\u00f3n del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS) en Ciudad Valles.<\/p>\n

El hallazgo ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 6:00 de la ma\u00f1ana sobre el bulevar M\u00e9xico-Laredo, entre la calle Pedro J. M\u00e9ndez y el bulevar L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas, luego de que personas que transitaban por la zona alertaran a las corporaciones de seguridad.<\/p>\n

Al llegar al sitio, elementos de la Guardia Civil Estatal y de la Polic\u00eda Municipal confirmaron que la v\u00edctima a\u00fan presentaba signos vitales, por lo que param\u00e9dicos le brindaron atenci\u00f3n prehospitalaria y la trasladaron de urgencia a un hospital.<\/p>\n

De manera preliminar, se inform\u00f3 que el hombre estaba inmovilizado con pl\u00e1stico para emplayar y nylon, adem\u00e1s de presentar la amputaci\u00f3n de una mano.<\/p>\n

Hasta el momento, la identidad de la v\u00edctima y su estado de salud no han sido informados.<\/p>\n
